Dedicated server customers: check your DNS

In September 2009, i3D set up a new DNS platform spread out over our European locations. Our old DNS infrastructure was decommissioned three days before the server migration.

After the server migration, a number of customers experienced slow SSH logins, applications unable to resolve hostnames and other name server related problems.

To make sure your server is not affected, please check your DNS settings and if needed, update the settings to the following configuration:

DNS1: 213.163.76.185 (located in Amsterdam)
DNS2: 91.198.152.196 (located in Frankfurt)
