Compensation structure for non-SLA customers

i3D will compensate customers without SLA on services as follows:
- Game servers (non SLA): 5 days compensation
- Voice servers Ventrilo and Teamspeak (non SLA): 5 days compensation
- Dedicated servers (non SLA): 10 days compensation
- Dedicated servers (non SLA) with paid networking devices (firewall, proxy or private switch): 20 days compensation
- Dedicated servers (with SLA) on individual basis, you have already been contacted
Compensation is awarded on request per ticket (submit your ticket to category Mediation) with subject "Compensation request". Compensation is awarded within 48 hours and your ticket will be updated to confirm.
Colocation customers receive compensation based on their SLA plus additional goodwill compensation.
Non colocation customers with a SLA have been contacted individually by our account team.
Additionally, colocation and dedicated server customers receive double bandwidth for 3 months (November, December, January)
