Network maintenance December 8th 2009

In our efforts to optimize our network, we have identified an issue affecting ARP traffic in our network. This issue was escalated with Brocade and has been reproduced in their lab and identified as a software bug. i3D will perform maintenance this Tuesday to implement a bug fix and i3D NOC will upgrade the routers in the same timeframe with additional memory.

05:00 – 07:30 CET

MAINTENANCE

• We will expand memory to 2 GB per management blade
• We will perform a bug fix provided by Brocade
• We will reload the router

EXPECTED DOWNTIME

• We expect a downtime of maximum 15 minutes per router
